Cancellation policy

Individual bookings

Reservations can be cancelled 48 hours prior to departure without penalty, unless stated otherwise. All cancellations need to be in written form. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to departure will be charged full price. The combo tickets that include a discount and are therefore non refundable once they have been partially used.

Cancellation for 3rd party tours depends on the cancellation policy from the tour operator

Cancellations shall be made by email with as much notice as possible. In accordance with business practices in Iceland, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:

• A full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before departure
• No refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure
